• Over a 3 month period I lost $60000. I WAS WOOED by a Mandy Scully Scully sent metest rounds with some kind of decent perks to see if I was a good fit to advance to VIP. Once advanced the good perks just about stopped. My Then assigned VIP host Candice.... the oh so sweet Jersey Gal who lives at the beach and has a dog.... huggy kissy host told me I could contact her every week for a perk.... a whopping 400 bucks later over a few weeks she wouldnt even give me 20 bucks! SO....after a kinda rant filled email to her about her less than adequate handling of my account.... Golden Nugget without notice abruptly gave me a 3 month suspension... Pretty sweet to make 60 grand and then just off your customer huh??After 3 months and several customer service surveys my account was reinstated. Now my wonderful host has not responded to a single message I have sent her not a single one....EVER since my reinstatement And since the non play for 3 months my account has apparently been downgraded..... You might as well take your greenbacks and wipe your butt with them rather than playing at Golden nugget.... trust me.... what a God awful place with God awful employee representation and absolutely no customer loyalty like none.. nothing! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! 1 star is too good for this place!!Additionally GN is so pathetic they dont even respond to any of the TP reviews.At least other online casinos bother to respond to given reviews.... not GN... they dont give a rats a**

• Online golden nugget does not honor 100% contribution on slots towards a play through requirement. So with a 10x play through requirement at 20% contribution on slots it is the same as a 50x play through requirement.... which is garbage unless you are getting a 500% deposit bonus.Nobody else screws their customers with a 50x play through requirement on some tiny 25% deposit bonus. Its theivery. They should be embarassed and shut down.UPDATE: Yes the link to the eligible slots for 100% contribution rate was a broken link. Yes it took a dozen attempts to get support and an aggravating amount of time.But they did provide a list of slots that provide 100% contribution rate and the list is very reasonable. The games available for use at 100% contribution rate is much better than Caesars.

Mold all over the bathroom ceiling

• Room was absolutely horrible the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. they have no coffee maker they only offer room service if you are a preferred guest in one of the nicer towers other than the weekends. The pool closes at 7 o’clock. we were there a week and housekeeping wouldn’t even come even though we requested it three times. I had to call the front desk to get toilet paper the beds were extremely tiny and very uncomfortable. At night they offer $50 parking to anyone and don’t make sure that their hotel guests are a priority we had to look for parking on multiple evenings even though we were a guest at the hotel . The fire alarm went off for over an hour in our room. worst stay in Vegas.

• I close my DraftKings account over a year ago. When Golden Nugget opened I created an account and played for 4 months. Just yesterday they locked my account and said that I requested to have it permanently closed. I never requested to have Golden Nugget closed I guess they are basically the same site and because I closed the DraftKings account a year ago they closed that one. I never should have been allowed to open a golden nugget account if that was the case. But instead they took my money for 4 months and they said since it was played they wont give it back to me. If I won on that casino they never would have paid me out. Its against the responsible gaming laws to let someone wager on a closed account. The bad thing is this also happened to my wife and a friend of mine so they are doing this to lots of people and just flat out taking money. Terrible Customer Service

• On the third morning of a four-day stay at The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas we were awakened at 6AM by water coming through the ceiling and hitting a desk. It started out as a bunch of drips landing loudly on the desk—loud enough to wake us up!—and quickly turned into a flow of water.I immediately notified staff of the problem but it took them an hour to get to the room. While waiting we cleared all of our personal possessions away from the area and put towels down. After a maintenance person arrived and looked at the damage (and the still-flowing water) he informed us we would be given another room and someone would bring up the key. This all transpired quite calmly and matter-of-factly.Sleep was not possible for me after all this so I went down to watch a soccer game. I was gone for three hours but when I returned to the room we still had not received any information or keys for the new room. I went to the front desk and they didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the water situation or our new room but eventually they got it taken care of and gave me new keys. There was no offer to help move our luggage so we had to pack up and move everything ourselves. The new room smelled like a cigar lounge even though all guest rooms at the hotel are ostensibly smoke-free. They offered to deodorize which they did during a time that we told them we would be out of the room and that did alleviate the smell quite a bit.We lost about 10 hours—the better part of day—before all this was done. Not to mention being awoken at 6AM with a little mini disaster while on vacation!When we checked out of the hotel I described all the issues and the clerk offered to remove the resort fees for our stay. I asked to speak with the manager and waited close to an hour but the manager never came out.I was told the hotel could not remove any room charges because we booked through a third party—Expedia. In order to get any compensation I was told to talk with a security manager and file a report. I waited another 45 minutes for the security manager who then had me describe the entire situation again. It really felt like the security manager’s role was to intimidate me. And why refer me to a manager that is not authorized to make adjustments to the hotel charges in the first place only to have that manager never appear and then refer me to yet another manager who could also not do anything?After all this time trying to get resolution through multiple discussions where I never raised my voice I did not have more time to file a report. I had a work deadline that I had to take care of. And after that we had to leave for the airport.After returning home I contacted Expedia and they called The Golden Nugget to seek resolution on my behalf. Once again The Golden Nugget refused to take any action.I was very disappointed with how we were treated and so much of my time wasted. This is a busy hotel casino and you would think the staff would be better able to handle issues that inevitably come up. The water problem wasn’t caused by the hotel—it was a guest that left water running so long that it damaged the room below AND the room below that—yet the hotel staff’s response to that and the follow-on events was bungled with no attempt made to remediate. You would think they would want to treat guests like well guests. I will never stay at the Golden Nugget again.
