• i entered a game where you need to win 5 times to win a tournament ring i won 4 tables in about 8 games now remember the buy in is 10 mill i lost almost 300 mill trying to win the last table seems like you only win if you spend real cash oh they will tell you the cards are random but you cant convince me that i can win 4 tables in 50 hands and then go lose 400+ hands in a row i am uninstalling this cheat game cya

• Well I have been with this game since year 3. Watched the company change hands and go down the toilet ever since. They keep on adding more and more clutter stuff they think people will spend real cash for. MULTIPLE versions of scratch cards. WHY? This is a POKER site. I can buy real scratch cards at any store and maybe win real cash. All you win there is fake chips they manage to take right back. And with all the ways to win stuff huge prizes are on all the spin wheels etc but actually winning one is like trying to find a penny in a ten mile long beach. They actually charge 24.99 to break the piggy bank. Long time ago you could win a free token every once in awhile but that got so rare I basically just ignore the thing. Few weeks ago I got one. Waited for their black bank which is suppose to have bigger grand prizes. Well I got the equivalent of a low level silver ticket which they give away real easy. If I actually paid for that Id be royally pissed. So fair warning DONT.I use to be able to mostly break even earn points for the team prizes at the end usually made up for my losses more or less. Sometimes I walk away a little richer and sometimes not. Its ok it is a gambling game after all. But lately I cant seem to get ahead anywhere. I have not changed playing styles no their system must have changed to make it harder to beat the many bot players they have now all throwing all in every hand. Its just not fun to consistently lose every hand every game every day.Black jack got real foul quite some time ago. The forums on Steam (only one left since the game got rid of theirs) have been blowing up with complaints about how rigged that game got. I myself counted the dealer get BJ NINE TIMES IN A ROW. And once I lost 14 out of 15 hands. I stopped playing expensive tables a long time ago. Get my 15 plays at the cheap table just to win a few spins then get out.Steam forums once had a team moderator who would at least pass on comments to the team. Shes gone. They dont care what players think.Their latest blunder and I have no clue why they got rid of our ability to chat in games. I got into my first team because a very nice lady showed me the ropes and invited me through chat in a game. Been in that team ever since. Now no one has that ability anymore. So a world wide game with real people and no one can say a word to each other other than their pre scripted and limited phrases. Such as nice bluff to which I would answer NICE FOLD. haha. Cant anymore. Cant say anything to anyone. PHOEY! Its just not fun anymore.Someone mentioned in the steam forum that if you leave for a long time then come back they hand out a butt load of chips. So hey Ill try that. If I get bored enough next winter AND if they actually do give some kind of welcome back package I may pop back in and see if anything improved or if it just got worse. I have seen MANY of my long time friends (we can have 200 in our friends list and at one point mine was always full.) Well they have been vanishing at an alarming rate. SEVERAL of them were paying members too. How stupid of this games management to not pay attention and try and find out just why. Again the stupid bug at work. They just dont care.I tried posting all these issues on their facebook page but... their anal retentive mod removed it. Said if you want to leave just leave. So fine I am. My post was intended to be seen by game devs in hopes they realize they are making blunder after blunder and maybe IMPROVE. But nope. Sweep complaints under the rug and only leave on good comments. (There arent many.) So Im done with it. MAYBE someone in charge over there will find this post. And they cant sweep this under the rug. Looking at the review rate Im not the only one fed up.GET A CLUE GOP! GET A FLIPPING CLUE!This is not the first site to start out great then get bit by the stupid and greedy bug support vanishes concern about what players want and think dries up and all they do is shove stuff in our faces over and over again that we should shell out real money for.Sometimes I try to just log in first thing in the morning (three log ins per day earns chips) but have to sift through page after page of garbage before I can do anything.Im sorry but when greedy stupid stuff starts happening and support vanishes so do I. Hope their bots playing bots works out for them. Its headed in that direction.So try it if you want but I would advise NEVER spend real cash on this game. Go to a real casino before you do that. Nothing to be won here but frustration.Lastly I dont know what date they stopped in game chat and that is not the ONLY issue that is causing me to leave. • They changed the prizes on the chests by introducing a Amber chest which is number 8 which takes more points/money to obtain where chest 7 is worth more. Also they run a special on the slot machines that they call double your highest win but you only get the same payout not double as you thought that you would get.
