An Honest Review from a Loyal Customer

• I’m going to make the most honest review I can. I’ll start with this - I really do love Hacksaw slots. the volatility is basically extreme for all games which makes them exciting to play. Yea most bonuses are duds. But when they hit THEY HIT! I’ve had two max wins and numerous 10000x+ hits off of very few base game spins into a bonus. I think most folks just can’t handle the in between. Here is my one and only complaint. And this is a legitimate one. The slots are not random. Especially when it comes to the bonus hunt feature spins. Sometimes they bonus almost instantly. Other times the machine is very very very obviously and blatantly turned off. If someone proved to me that the machines were truly random I would give up on life. When the machines go into what I call “collect mode” you can spin 1000 times with 10x the chance to hit a bonus and it will never come. If it does come the bonus is always bunk. Point being - the machines are not random. To me this is extremely dishonest. The unsuspecting player (which I was for quite a while) could lose everything trusting that the feature was working the way it was advertised. I can’t imagine this sort of practice is legal and if it is then it needs to be stated in the fine print at the very least. There needs to be transparency with this. If Hacksaw was transparent the players would be able to protect themselves. Instead us players are left to think it’s just negative variance. There is an RTP variant called “Compensated RTP”. When the machine is behind it purposely slows down until the RTP is caught up. This is almost certainly how the slots are able to do what they do. This completely throws out any notion of any slot that uses this variant to be truly random. Shameless in my opinion. But at least there’s an explanation.
