simple well - designed mobile site
- Kerching has wolf run which is my fave slot game many mobile casinos have wolf run but kerching are one of the few who still offer the minimum 10p bet version rather than the 40 min bet version which seems to be used by most other mobile gaming sites. - Verified account numerous times crap customer service. Made withdrawal 5 days ago they then ask me for more bank statements ID etc. Sent it all. Now no answer or reply from their Phone line email or live chat. Scam casino and Ive alot of evidence against this organisation which my law firm will be taking to regulators and contacting the owners of kerching and Exposing these type os casinos in an upcoming documentary. Good job the law firm is international. Im not holding my breath for the money but I will slate this casinos name everywhere and name and shame the owners of this corrupt entity.

- So I deposited £30 had the new player bonus added to my account couldnt find a way to opt out. Regardless sat and played for hours. Thought Im enjoying this new casino. Until I hit the wagering requirement and my balance went from over £300 to £36 in the blink of an eye. My highest bet was for £5. I am utterly disgusted. No warning or anything bearing in mind id wagered hundreds of pounds by this point. Kerching I genuinely hope this is a mistake otherwise I intend to take this further Ill also be advising everyone over social media not to use your site.

- Kerching is my favourite online casino. Seem to get better payouts than any other casino that I use with great loyalty bonuses and ways to earn free credit through Facebook. - I have been playing on kerching for 2 or 3 months now with no problem. Yesterday while playing a 25p spin over £30.00 disappeared from my balance. I have screenshots of the previous and new balances with the timestamp between spins. I contacted them and had a reply for further info which I supplied but nothing since. - Had £2600 as a balance got kicked out and logged back in to a balance of only £120. Phoned the customer service line only to be allowed to leave a leave a five second message. Options to extend or re-record a message didnt work. Mikey mouse operation that appears from previous threads to have one of the worst bonus policies out there (you cant opt out of the bonus either). Hoping to get a call back (07876 566419) but doubt Ill end up satisfied.

- just came across this site so thought id give it a go. Was able to use my mobile to deposit which i found very handy The game choice is by far as good as the best online slot sites and even tho i didnt manage a win my first few deposits i enjoyed playing. When i did manage to get a lucky win it was processed by the very next afternoon (it was late at night that i was playing the night before) without any problems or having to go thru any security checks on my side. Taking money for black jack but not getting to play
- I have been playing blackjack and in over ten occasions when I make my bet the amount is deducted from my balance and then I get a message sayingconnection is lost and to refresh and when I do the money is gone but I never got to play my hand. They have checked their side and confirmed nothing is wrong to prove a point I went and played again and it done the exact same thing Ive asked them to look into it but I keep getting fobbed off. Not sour grapes either as I have won and have a pending withdrawal going through! Just feel like Im being ripped off!

Great experience
- I have to sat the slot games are big strength of Kerching - there are obvious titles like Ghostbusters and Da Vinci Diamonds but lots of others to enjoy too and I have had some good wins to boot! :) Having said that I really enjoyed roulette too. Documents came back with pic or the rear of my bank card outstanding so sent that . - I’m very concerned about a withdrawal I made a week ago for a large sum of money. I uploaded ID documents immediately and have heard nothing. I don’t even know if my sensitive data has been recieved. I’ve sent numerous emails and spent much time on live chat and getting no answers just a standard response to await contact from the team via email. - I have been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal. They let you deposit and gamble without requiring verification yet request on withdrawal. I sent the requested proof of identity/address and have been chasing them since they even asked for photos of my debit card.EDIT: Still waiting been asked for my bank statement now. Support is ridiculous. After doing some research it seems that this conduct is in breach of their license according to the gambling commission.Kerching dont leave these automatic replies offering support I have been in constant contact with you trying to have this issue resolved for weeks.

- Ive been with Kerching for a number of years and have always had very good VIP treatment especially from Chris (VIP Manager). I have to be honest and say that I prefer the old site as do a few other people on here as it was easier to navigate and bonuses were much clearer and actually more rewarding. I also wish that there were just slot bonuses rather than on specific games. Ive also been plagued with technical issues recently that have taken a while to resolve.
