- Terrible. Encore not happening so tried to contact chat a number of times but was waiting for over half an hour in most cases. Finally spoke to someone yesterday who told me to clear cache etc. I did this...still nothing. Contacted them again today who then told me I cant play as hit my limit.....then changed it to I hadnt used my card in a while so do I want them to cancel it. One lie after another. I like this site....but the so called help...doesnt exist. Rubbish!

- Should have read the reviews. 1st time using this company. Out of a £32 deposit I had 1 win of £1.25 on multiple 10p & 20p slots. I get that we are not going to win but atleast make it enjoyable to play. Just dead spins all the time. I have to take back what I said! Thought I would give it another shot. - Sites easy to navigate. Bonuses are not very good compared to other sites but unfortunately the customer service is not very good so I would afford. Payouts are actually okay on this site. However I have been having an issue since I opened the account as I did a typo in my email and they have still not corrected in on my account even after emailing my correct email address to say my account has been reactivated! Also my last two withdrawals today £275 and £70 are still pending 5 hours later when it clearly tells you on there withdrawal page you normally recieve funds within 5 minutes. I wouldn’t mind but I had to go through my app to add my bank which shares my name and address etc so quite secure. Not impressed with a wait with no timeframe.

- I’ve only used the site a couple of weeks but had to contact the gambling commission to report this shower already. I was playing a game where you fill gold pots with various symbols if they are full and are ready to pay they have rainbows on them. 2 of the 4 pots had rainbows but didn’t pay I carried on playing (stupidly) to see if they would finally pay but no. The site is a complete con. I have sent photographic evidence to the commission. If you contact the MrVegas help site all they want to do is play ping pong messaging.

- The site is good great selection of games. But sadly the customer service side lets it down for verification I got it sorted in the end but took 3days when it took them 4hours to decline it. I think they expect you to get annoyed and play the money away. Could be better. But the experience got tainted by verification issues and no help

- So this company allowed me to deposit a few times until this happened… I deposited some money and they locked my whole account for verification asking for bank statements 2 forms of I.D and proof of address alongside a photo of my bank card. Bare in mind they lock the withdrawal so you can’t withdraw the money you just deposited until they verify all these documents. So your money is held for ransom until they verify all of these things which can take weeks. I get locking your deposits and your game play but to lock withdrawals where customers can’t retrieve there money unless they send all there personal documents it’s disgusting!

- The support and customer service is phenomenal. I wish my luck was as good as the service provided by Mr Vegas however the site itself and the incredible amount of slots are second to none. - Back with second review. This casino is a sham. Everyone avoid dont play on here or trust them with your money. They let me play for a while then lastnweek allowed me to deposit £40 followed by another £40 and then £20 instantly upon deposit of the £20 the restricted my account wouldnt let me play or withdraw my own £20 back but would allow me to deposit again if I was daftnenough which I wasnt. Fast forward a full week later and over 300 emails Im still being told Im in a queue awaiting a manual withdrawal to be done a full week. Absolutely ridiculous Ive had manual withdrawal done on various other sites and its been later on same day very next day at latest. Why allow me to do 3 deposits amounting to £100 within the same hour they where restricting the account????
