These are complete scammers I have been trying to withdraw 900 euro worth of winnings for a 2 weeks and they told me I have to rollover my deposit 5 times which is a disgrace in the first place. Now Im down to 500 euro have g done what they asked and they still wont give me my money. Its actually incredible to me that they can just think they can keep my money and keep rejecting my withdrawal. Scam stay away.

- In January I requested my withdrawal days and days went by and my money was Still not in my account so I mailed the support team and they said my account was under review my reply was well why didnāt you want all these details when you were taking my money? They said it was their gaming policy to get my income information. First wanting my bank statements then my business account statements then asking who these people were that were paying into my account clearly being self employed itās my customers paying for my work that I carry out for them. Trying to withdraw this money from my account since earlie January itās now 24/03/2022 and just had an email saying they are closing down the accounts so I need to log in to withdraw my funds which I canāt do because they have temporarily blocked my account and emailed them twice now begging them to open my account so that I can withdraw my funds before they close the accounts down completely as I will not be able to get my money absolutely heart breaking it is knowing a company will easily take your deposits but then hold back all excuses in the world to withdraw my money. If I seen all these reviews before I would not have opened the account. Ā£5000 I have in the account that they are holding back. Itās a lot of bloody money. Iām giving them till 28-03-22 to pay my money back into my account or at least let me log in to click on withdraw my funds otherwise I will have no option but go to the police and inform trading standards. Absolutely disgraceful this is.
